This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Certain websites not displaying correctly in Vista x64, Problem happens in all browsers

    This problem happens in all browsers.
    I can't see Adbrite ads, for example. And some websites don't display correctly.

    Here's how my website displays Statcounter:

    I have Flash Player installed, so that shouldn't be the problem. I also have Java 32 bits SE installed... Anyone knows what could be wrong?

    What browsers does this happen on? IE, FF, Opera?
    And maybe if it happens on multiple browsers, the site is just messed up.

    no problem here with FF 3 beta 5.

    I think there is a problem with your plugin installations.

    I've used all three of them: IE, FF and Opera. It isn't a problem with the site, since I can view it well with Vista x86...

    As for plugins... I've not installed anything for IE nor Opera... What could it be? Java?

    It was Kaspersky fault. :-/

    No need for such an extreme measure :)
    The problem's with a feature of Kaspersky (Anti-Banner, that blocks some publicity). I disabled that feature and all is good now.
