    Hi all,
I was just wondering if it is possible to put an exact copy or "clone" of a cd onto your hard drive so I can run the program from it, rather than inserting a cd all the time? If so what prgram can I d/l to do this?

Daemon (sp?) Tools and Alcohol 120% are a couple of virtual CD drivers. No guarantees they'll work with a given game, tho...Lots of games check for these programs and won't run if they find them.

Can't you just copy all the clip art to a folder?

Na, I explored every folder on the cd and there are no apprent jpegs or gifs. It must be integrated into the program somehow. Hence my resoning for wanting to do this.

Cliparts are not usually stored as standard images (JPEG,GIF), instead they are stored as vector images. That is why they don’t distort when enlarged. Standard MS cliparts are stiored as WMF files while there are several other formats like WPG (WordPerfect cliparts) , EMF, WMZ etc..

To take a standard CD image, you can use most of the common CD burning tools like : Nero, Alcohol or special CD image tools like WinISO.
