    I have a Samsung RC512 notebook.
I'm having problems with my touchpad, and I cannot seem to get it to work.
I even did a factory reset to get everything back to original, but it still doesn't work.

I don't know what the problem is. I've tried to install the drivers and yet it does not work.

I'm attaching two photos. One of them is my control panel > mouse section.
I'm seeing the ELan tab but nothing in the drivers/devices section.

Can anyone help? I've tried everything I could.
