This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Can't play wmv with PowerDVD 7 Ultra

    Has anyone managed to play wmv files with PowerDVD 7 Ultra with the latest patch (v 7.3.5711)? The latest Nov 2009 Patch seems to break wmv functionality. I can still play with Windows Media Player 11 but not with PowerDVD Ultra. Earlier patch of PowerDVD works but I prefer to use the latest patch in order to play new blu-ray movies.
