I am trying to delete a folder but it is next to impossible. Is there a program that does this with ease? Right clicking and pressing delete doesn't seem to work.

What sort of a message do you get when you try to delete the file - permission denied, file is in use, or something else?

Ditto. It may be a file that a program or application may be currently using or has memory assigned to a specific address location that is in use. Try rebooting your computer and see if you can delete it then. If this doesn't work, and if you're using Windows XP, try Safe Mode (press F8 during booting process).

Or the folder or file might be read only.

Or the OP's user account might not have sufficient permissions to delete the file, or the file's ACL may have become borked up, or the fully qualified pathname for the file may be too long, or ....

Try unlocker for starters, gets the job done for me. If it doesnt work then its probably something else. Also im assuming you are not trying to delete anything silly right ? (windows files) :p

LOL! Because unlocker(problem already solve in my 1st post on this topic :D ) is the simplest way. If unlocker couldn't delete the files you mentioned, then, you may have even more troublesome problems. I mean you would probably need a more advance solution to fix your problems.
