Can this Sony Vaio VGN-CR510 install 64bit vista home premium?

I'm trying to do a clean install of a new Sony Vaio vgn-cr510 that has the following configuration:
Intell C2D T5750 2.0 Ghz
250GB
3GB RAM
Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator x3100
Windows Vista Home premium with Service Pack 1
It comes with a 32 bit system, is it able to install 64 bit since I only have the 64 bit vista disc. Also, if I do install 64 bit onto the computer, will I be able to activate windows using the current product key? If I cannot install 64 bit, can anyone give me the link to download the 32 bit files? I tried the link from Digital River/My Digital Life website, but the files had long been deleted, can anyone provide me with an alternate link?
