    Can You Convert a GIF image to a jpeg?

    Is that possible. If so can someone do it for me. I looked but could not find anything. I use os x btw. I will email someone the pic as i cant figure out how to host a gif.

    Go into paint or a similar program, open the file and then save it as...change the type as desired.

    You can easily open any photo in Adobe Photoshop and save it as another file type u want... I've used PS sometimes for converting such images aside from my editing addiction.

    Sure there has to be :err: something “better” than paint in a MAC, after all it is supposed to be ""better with life stuff"" according to those dumb Get a Mac ads :tongue:

    BTW you have posted under Windows OS and Software, next time post under Apple and Mac OS X for MAC related stuff.
