I used to get 99fps on CS1.6 with Vista
I upgraded to W7, and now I barely get 30fps...
    running 186.03 (windows7 32bit)

is the game just not compatible with windows 7? or could something have gone wrong when i upgraded (i did an in-place upgrade)

It's probably rendering in software mode. Try again when the real certified drivers are released. Alternatively, you can see if you get better performance in XP mode.
