I have a Dell XPS 1645 and upgraded to Windows 10. All hardware worked fine except for my Bluetooth. It wasn't even recognized in the device manager.

Here is how I fixed this problem and got my Bluetooth working in Windows 10.

First of all I checked out the Broadcom web site and found this driver suite.

When I ran the program it would just hang and couldn't identify any hardware.

After some searching I found that Lenovo had written a Bluetooth suite for windows 10.

Here is a link to their driver software (You may have to right click and open as a new tab to save the file).

The Lenovo suite did not complete on my Dell but it did force the drivers to be recognized in the device manager.

I then ran the Broadcom suite again just to make sure everything was installed correctly. I ran to completion.

    My Bluetooth works fine.
