I'm not sure if I put this in the correct forum.

I just did a clean install on my sony vaio vpcf2290x and I need a software to play blu ray movies. I checked out PowerDVD 11 Ultra and it seem nice, but I really don't need all the extra stuff that comes with it like photos, music, and social stuff. Is there a good blu ray software that just plays blu ray music without all the extra bloatware?

    Thanks

    VLC?

Try it. Don't know for sure but VLC works for almost everything.

VLC does not play blu rays. I use power dvd 10, but would like another alternative.

PowerDVD is a great bluray player.

You could always install the blu ray media player that came w/ your VAIO. It should be on your recovery discs if you install VAIO Care.

Will powerdvd11 or total media theatre 5 conflict with my ACDSee 12 with photos and Winamp with music? Or will powerdvd11 or total media theatre 5 do a better job with my pics and music?
