    I just got a IBM T43, what are some good fingerprint applications other than IBM's built in one?

    You could look at OmniPass, but I think the software IBM ships with is pretty good.

    Well all it seems to do is power-on protection and login protection. I was under the impression the fingerprint readers could do more.

    On my Fujitsu it scrolls in web browsers and remembers passwords for IE. What else are you wanting it to do?

    Yeah, IBM's app doesnt do that, unless I'm missing something.

    Omnipass doesnt recognize my fingerprint scanner when I go to set it up.
