In both Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer, all of my webpages look messed up. I can see the text, but the background colors and pictures are all gone. Instead, the backgound is all white. For example, on CNET.com, the background should be yellow. However on my computer, both in Firefox and Internet Explorer, the background is white and everything looks messed up.I uninstalled Firefox and then reinstalled it, but the same thing is happening. I don't know how this even happened. I did not do anything to change the settings or anything. It just happened randomly. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? It is getting very annoying. Looking at forums is very hard as it looks as if there are no boxes around the text and everything is right under one another.

Hmmm....I would say it has something to do with the configuration options, though you should be able to see the background colors (like yellow for cnet) even with this turned off....plus reinstalling Firefox should reset this. Still, you could check under Tools, Options, Content...and then see what is selected, i.e. is "load images" checked?

Either way, it's strange that this started randomly....i.e. I think you're lying. Ha ha, just kidding...but maybe something you installed/changed like firewall, adblocker, etc is causing this.
