Right now I use deep burn, but it goes somewhat slow for some reason. What do you guys recommend? It should be able to make CDs, audio cds, burn iso images, and all that good stuff (and it's gotta be free of course :D ).

k3b? Best burning software I've ever used. But ya gotta run Linux to use it ;)

I think XP's internal burning software will do all that you ask. As for free software, there really isn't anything else that I know of that's any good. I usually prefer Nero, which is only like, $20. Often comes as an OEM option with drives. Check your drive manufacturer's download site, they may provide it for you.

Yeah Nero OEM is what I use, it generally comes with most cd drives.
I have yet to find a good free CD burner.

I use ISO recorder v2. It is light and hardly uses any system resorces. It does not install useless features. Although, it only records ISO image files, it's perfect. there's also a 64bit version.

For Audio CD's and Mp3 CD's I use Windows Media Player. For making Data CD's I simply use the standard XP Bruner.
