As the title says, what do you feel is the best IRC client for the casual user (i.e. not necessary a fserver). I'm getting real tired of plain ol' mIRC.
Small memory footprint, good set of features, nice interface, and support all irc commands and scripts and whatnot are important.
Unfortunately, I don't really know of many clients besides mIRC, so I couldn't set up a poll.

Windows? Only other one I've seen in common usage is X-Chat ( http://www.silverex.org) I'll set up a poll for you

I use sysreset, but I don't use anything else on there, there are tons of addons, but meh. I don't fserve as well
