I am looking for the best website creating application out there. I don't care if it is freeware or you have to pay. Are there any that are easy on the computer?? Let me know what you guys think.

There's Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, the industry standard.

    Also, Microsoft Frontpage works.

NVU is free. I haven't tried it myself, but I've heard that its pretty good.

    I use Dreamweaver and Antenna.
Also a ton of HTML edit apps.

I use Antenna mostly. Very nice.

Don't use Nvu; it hasn't been updated in over a year, and is pretty buggy. KompoZer is an unofficial fixed/updated fork.

Buuut, the best website creating app remains : Notepad2 (or any text editor with syntax highlighting) :p

Macromedia-Adobe's Dreamweaver. You might think about getting Studio 8 if you are going to seriously develop content for the web.
