Is Microsoft Streets 2006 the best? I have used it and it's not bad. But I find it hard to belive that it's the best. It isnt always 100% smooth and doesnt really do eveyrthing I would want it to do. Then there is the fact that recent developments, maybe 8 years old are still not in the map. For example a Home Depot, Sams Club and In N Out are not in the map. Yeah I know they cant keep up with everything, but this is a 8 year old development in a pretty populated SoCal beach city.

Tom Tom has a nice suite for PDAs, I'm sure they have a PC version as well. I tried to confirm but can't get their site to load.

I have always been a fan of Microsofts Streets and Trips software. Of course i still have the old version (2005) but it always pleased me and i believe you can sync it with your PDA. Im sure on 2005 you can but i believe on 2006 too.

The Garmin GPS10 Bluetooth reciever comes with software for both your PC and PDA and is pretty full-featured, though sometimes cumbersome to use. BT reciever is cool, though.

I went to Tom Tom's site and only found the PDA software. I guess I'll stick with Microsoft Streets :/
