This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Backup A Dual Boot Hdd

    I have a laptop which runs winxp & vista in a dual boot.
    It contains 4 partitions all in NTFS.
    What i need to do is to create a backup of the two OS installed partitions
    (like a factory settings restore disk) so that i can restore the complete dual
    boot setup with all the s/w installed etc.

    Is there some s/w that does this as i do not need a complete hdd backup
    as the remaining partitions r very large in comparison to the OS partitions.
    The s/w need not be a free ware.
