    Backing up Outlook. Help me please!

    I need to reformat soon.
    I don't have a clue on how I can back-up my MS Outlook.
    I need my folders, my messages, etc.
    I am using Win XP Pro SP2 and an MS outlook 2007.

    Is it possible to recover my outlook stuff after I format?

    Export the Personal Folder to a .pst file. File -> Export -> Export to a file , select .pst file
