There's something strange going on with my Vaio VGN-T250

I get the BSOD if I attach the battery and use the laptop on AC power. The BSOD may occur at anytime, but occurs mainly when I move the laptop. Sometimes it happens even if the laptop isn't moving.

However, if I remove the battery, I never get the BSOD, even if I move it around.

    Thoughts?

My guess is that it's a hardware problem, and that something's loose somewhere in your computer. Most likely around the battery area, or how it connects to the power supply of your laptop.

No, I think it is how your system clocks down when on battery power that makes the laptop unstable.
