More specifically, you can usually leave out the numbers (STOP 0x000000a bla bla bla) (They can be handy for diagnosing complex issues, but generally, they're just annoying to write down)

But the error message it lists, and if it shows a file name, get that too.

Also, tell us what you have been doing with the computer. When did it first happen, did you do anything unusual immediately before, is the computer overclocked at al, have you had other problems with it, are your drivers up to date, and so on?

If you're overclocking your notebook it certainly wouldn't be unusual to see some instability. That's the first thing I would have suspected. If you are overclocking and your problem starts recurring I'd definitely set everything back to default in the BIOS and see if it goes away.

it might be a error in a Hard Drive sector also. My uncle had the same problem a few days ago. You might want to boot your computer from your system recovery disk to launch your manafacture diaganostic application.

System recovery CDs from laptop manufacturers usually format your hard drive and write everything out again.
