For some reason on my Asus V6Va, an autoplay window keeps appearing randomly for no reason

When I try to close it, windows freezes and crashes and I have to restart...

After about 10 minutes it goes away, but it is very annoying...

    can anyone help?

    thanks

You can disable autoplay using Tweak. I think there is a registry hack as well.

The thing is, I dont think it is reacting to any change in the drive. It just starts for no reason...
I would assume since there is no autoplay on the C drive, that it has to be the DVD drive. I'll try disabling it and see if that works.

    thanks

In Windows autoplay is enabled by default.
