I'm finding more and more spam in my Outlook inbox and am wondering what good (open source) solutions are out there. I've already tried using Outlook's "Junk Email Filter," but since the spam keeps coming from different addresses, it's not providing an effective solution. :(

    Thanks

Depending on what ISP you go through you might be able to download one for free. I have Roadrunner through Time Warner Cable and I don't get any spam, it just goes to a seperate folder that I just delete. I don't remember what it is called...sorry.

I use MailFrontier and I love it.
It doesn't block it but it catches the junk 100% of the time and deletes it.

I use a combination of Outlooks junk filter and Norton Internet Security. These two programs combined, after a short learning curve, catch now 99% of all spam. The learning curve applies for all spam filters. The first few days, you will have to specify which e-mails are spam and which are not. Then the programs will follow your pattern.
