Hi guys! I’ve been using Norton Ghost to back up my M6805 to an external hard drive. Lately I’ve been getting a bad command.com or missing interpreter error whenever I back up. This forces me to reboot and cancel the operation. Any suggestions? Thanks

I was getting a similar problem when backing up my HP NX7000. Brand new, fresh HDD with the original load. Decided to back this up using Ghost, after backup and restore, I got the error message. Tried multiple times using multiple options & nothing worked except for doing a full sector backup. This worked, but the image was 10GB and required you to restore to a 60GB HDD or larger (original HDD was 60GB). I tried the latest version for both retail & corporate (tried backup at the office) and same thing. Couldn't get around it.
