    Hi,

I have windows vista ultimate installed with no problems except that the "Wireless Adhoc Mode" - User Access Control pops up at every startup I already disconnected from the adhoc network and I still get this message. Any solution to disable/remove the popup at startup? I have a Intel PRO wirless device.

    Thank you

I don't think there's going to be much you can do. UAC is popping up because you need administrator privileges to connect to an ad-hoc network apparently, and UAC isn't really smart... it'll forget your response every time. Your options are to either deal with it or not connect to the network I'm afraid. Of course, you can disable UAC, but that's hardly a smart or secure option.
