Added as a result of a Virus?

Someone please help. How can I get rid of this?

I think its the legit version

The real one is found under C:\Windows\System32. Any other entrants of this name anywhere else and you have a malicious file disguised under this name

P.S. I feel bad now having told you of the site. Virus/malware like to disguise themselves as legit system processes to trick you. But check each entry properly and don't automatically assume its a virus. Most of the time its the legit version

 

that is a legitimate process.
LFC is correct.

that site seems pretty unreliable based on that page...
however, note that the entry labeled "client server process" is rated "4" and the rest are rated "1", probably because they're wrong.
