It says they are negligable but if I get rid of them they just come back up on the next scan. What should I do.

Just delete them. Its really nothing to worry about. The negligible items that Ad-ware picks up are just cookies from browsing the web. I use Spybot and everytime I do a scan, it always picks up cookies also.

I found that those "negligible items" are the things in your "recent documents".

If you click on start, there is a link for My Documents and one for My Recent Documents that if you click on it will reveal the latest files you opened, such as pictures, videos, word documents etc. By deleting the Negligible Items in AA, you delete these items in the recent folder. So of course those same items come back into the recent documents folder everytime you open them, that's why AA tells you the same results.

Just to verify that, do not open any picture, video, word document etc. but browse the web. You will see that the negligible items wont come up. Then open up a couple picture files. Check your My Recent Documents section and you will see them. Run a scan and delete those negligible items. Now go back to your recent documents and see that their now gone.
