    AMD M300 download question

    Just bought a new laptop and checking programs found some AMD drivers ready to be installed. There were three called 9-12 vista hydravision Xcode, lang, and exec. Anyone know their purpose? I am able to download and install from AMD. I have athlon X2 W7 64 bit.

    For AMD on Windows 7
    You only need the chipset driver.
    Thats all
    Don't use any driver finder they are not all that accurate.

    Apparently these were updates made while my laptop was in transit from the factory.

    If they are from the OEM or Windows Updates then they are probably legit but I haven't seen such updates for my RM-72 Processor.

    That is a new AMD RS880 Chipset
    New Chipsets often comes with driver updates it is better to install them.
