This has been an issue for me for ages - even my old MSi running Win7 had the same problem.
Basically checking latencies using LatencyMon, the highest spikes are cause by ACPI. Is there anything that can be done about this? I know for wifi or graphics, driver changes can solve/mitigate the problem (or worst case, disable the device) I've never been able to handle the ACPI problem though - I even tried disabling it in the device manager on my old MSI and it made no difference
