Beside stardock, is there a dock program that works for vista 64bit? Stardock and rocket dock are already eliminated.

It depends... are you looking for something that is a 64-bit program? Or do you just want something that works in 64-bit Vista? Because RocketDock is a 32-bit program, but I'm running it in 64-bit Vista, and it runs perfectly fine.
