Is there any software that would let me use 32 bit aplications on 64 bit windows?

Win 64 has full support for 32 bit apps. Installing 32 bit apps is a different question. A lot of 32 bit apps use 16 bit install programs (lazy programmers) and win 64 will not run 16 bit apps at all, meaning you can't install them.
