2nd ADOBE FLASH PLAYER for 2ND BROWSER?

I use IE8 and like it a lot, but ironically, I sometimes have problems with my Windows Live Mail using IE8. so I downloaded Opera to use with Windows Live Mail, but here's the problem. When I try to open Windows Live Mail, Opera gives me an error message saying I have to download Adobe Flash Player in order to view the screen. I already have Adobe Flash Player in my system (downloaded through IE) which, apparently, isn't being recognized by Opera. So, should I download Adobe Flash Player again, through Opera, or will I no longer be able to use Flash Player through IE8 if I do that?

Adobe Flash Player is needed seperately, meaning if you install the 'other version' the other will still be kept for its purpose.

For example, IE will need flash player
Firefox will need its OWN flash player
all still adobe. But if i remember correctly, the firefox one will only need to be installed once and will work for opera and other browsers that is not IE
