I need a very very low price smartphone that I will use only one or two application, purely only for personal bank transaction. My current old cheap smartphone fails already. Any recommendation?

This article is a few months old now, but those same sources listed probably have newer models for similar deals.

Now’s Probably the Time to Consider One of These Burner Phones
    https://www.wired.com/2017/02/7-great-burner-phones/

    LG 306G by TracFone
This LG is the intersection of cheap and modern-ish. It has a touch screen, can connect to Wi-Fi, has 3G capabilities, and even comes with a 4GB microSD card. You lose some juice, though, as it has a talk time of just three hours. $8.50 at Walmart.

    LG K3 by Boost Mobile
This is higher grade of burner phone. It runs Android 6.0, has 4G LTE and even includes a 5-megapixel camera. With the K3, you don’t have to deal with the hassle of a super-outdated phone or pay a bundle for the added features. Plus, Boost Mobile offers international roaming, so you can bring this with you across the border.
    $30 at Best Buy.

"WE’RE LIVING IN a new era of political unpredictability. Who knows what race, religious group, or professional sector will be scrutinized tomorrow? If you’re concerned that your devices will be targeted for confiscation and search, heed caution now. Start carrying a burner phone—a handset you can wipe clean and destroy without much thought. We’ve rounded up some good options.

One note: The point of using a burner is to avoid leaving a trace of your phone activity. Our list of recommended phones (and one app!) comes with links to online retailers so you can read more about the devices, but if you’re trying to stay private, you should buy both the phone and a pre-paid data allotment with cash. Most of these handsets (and the prepaid cards) are available at big-box stores here and abroad."

Depending on the app, you could run Android in a virtual machine on a desktop/laptop... It's a bit clunky but actually works OK if you don't require multi-finger gestures etc...

The only issue is whether those banking apps have issues with a rooted version of Android (As the only Android virtual machine image I know of is built from Cyanogenmod and won't play nicely with many banking apps). Also, whether you feel comfortable running such apps on an open source version of Android will be an issue.

Might as throw the suggestion out there.

    The real question is

How to use Virtual machine on Desktop PC? what is the most easiest way of getting started with virtual machines??? as a complete beginner....

I asked this question many times before.
but it seems there is no easy solution to using virtual machine

Burner phone??? Isn't most burner phones practically a "feature phone"??

I think it's so difficult to install any mobile apps on a feature phone.

I have a Samsung feature phone bought in 2011.... Even sending an email or logging in facebook takes a day and it does not succeed.

Use Bluestacks or Andy. Or simply get an ISO from any phone manufactures or even Lineage OS with Google PLay will do.

You can get an prepaid iPhone 5s for $99 at walmart. This phone should be getting iOS 11, and I would think for banking type stuff you would want something with solid security that will be getting updates.

Learn something new everyday. Never thought I'd see a prepaid iPhone.

Just back from trying andy. Won't even load on my system. Not impressed. Lots of promises / no execution. MEMU is still the best.
