    Toshiba Excite 10 tablet so slow

    I have checked all the usual things that I thought would help but my Excite has incredibly slow startup times, has weird pixelated blurry images for about the first 20 seconds of any streaming video.
    Anyone else have this tablet and if so, how do you overcome these issues?
