    http://shop.lenovo.com/us/en/tablets/lenovo/a-series/tab3-8/

anything that is not very good in the specification

some said in the other forums that even if I only use wechat and whatsapp I should at least get 2GB of RAM. 1GB is too little. is that true

Because I am looking for tablets at this budget range

Don't get a tablet with less than 2GB of RAM. Being that it is running Marshmallow I'm amazed it has only 2GB of RAM. You won't be able to much with just a gig.

OK. I will not buy that lenovo. Yes I have a 2GB smartphone bought last

In addition to looking at the RAM, what is the other specifications I have to consider when purchasing a new phone/tablet.

I will mostly only use whatsapp, wechat and facebook, mostly texting.

In fact what is the best screen for a mobile device?

Small screen is not good for vision.

Large screen is nice but entering text might be more difficult.

I am thinking about a tablet that could stick to a keyboard like microsoft surface, typing with a physical keyboard is always better. However, it looks like those devices are mostly running on windows 10 instead of Android with low spec hardware, which means they might look like a netbook which was something I hate.

I should probably clarify the RAM advice that I gave you in the other thread. If you need a tablet to do those tasks and nothing else, you will probably be ok-ish with 1GB of RAM if you don't mind lagginess and occasional freezes. 1GB is ok in Android 4.4 (KitKat) but the more recent Android releases work much better with at least 2GB of RAM. The reason I suggested 2GB is that for a small amount of extra cash, 2GB will make it usable for lots of other things and multi-tasking. For me it's worth the extra cash.

As for specs: quad-core and >1.3GHz is ok. I have an octo-core Android device and it's not massively better than the quad-core devices for day-to-day usage, compared to a quad-core processor of similar clock speed. You'd do well to visit a electrical store and try out some tablets to give you an idea about the best screen size - it's hard to give a recommendation. Personally, I find the 5" screen (Good resolution) of my phone to be more than big enough for Whatsapp facebook and blogging but you might not feel the same way.

In that price range, it's a bit of a gamble with tablets. Your best bet is to look around your price range on Amazon and look at the customer reviews. I did this when I purchased my Cubot X9 Android phone and ended up with the specs I wanted, for a lot less than from a mainstream manufacturer. My wife has an Xiaomi MiPad 2 and likes it a lot, although it exceeds your budget. Amazon is also good because if the tablet stops working, it's easier to get your money back through Amazon than it is through other sellers - try to buy direct through Amazon if possible, IMHO.

In regards to keyboards, you can buy bluetooth keyboards for Android tablets - they won't be as snazzy as the Surface but it'll be a lot cheaper.
