    I watched this video this morning and thought, ok......batteries do short out. Galaxy Note 7 I am looking at you. Iphones have had this problem as well, just no where near the extent that the 7 had. Now, lets throw some highly flammable magnets into the mix inside a very compact enclosure, and see what could go wrong. Yes, they were cutting the battery with the Dremel, but once the battery shorted and created a spark, the magnets did the rest.
