My one plus 3 is only 5 months old, but over the past week, I've noticed significantly faster battery drain than ever before. I've seen it go from 80% to 39% after just sitting unused for 50 to 60 minutes. I've not changed any settings or added new apps. I 've no plan to look at another phone now.

    Please help.

Did you upgrade to Nougat, aka Android 7.0, aka Oxygen 4.0?

It is mentioned that on Ox 4.0 Battery drain is an issue. That's why I stay away from this one and wait for a custom rom without this issue.

Other than that it could be WiFi or Apps like Fazzebook. AntiVirus drains Battery as well....

Edit: I can use my OP3 for a day till recharging while browsing and tapatalking.

I haven't upgraded to any of those. And I don't think fb or other apps are the cause of battery drain so much. Because they didn't drain so much before.
