My tablet is a little glitchy and I do have ESET as a security measure but I am not sure how to save the data, mostly photographs actually, before I attempt to reset. Please bear in mind I am sort of a technodumbo but I am very able and willing to learn. Thanks in advance for any and all help

Connect the USB cable to the device, then to a computer. Note: If necessary, touch the Status bar and drag it down, tap Connected as a media device and then tap Media device to select the check box. The tablet should show up on your computer in my computer and you should be able to access all of the files in there.
