I need help. I connected my Samsung phone to Google contacts and the phone has moved all my contact data from my phone to Google but I need my contacts on my phone as I spend 99% of the time not connected to the internet. Does anyone know how to move the contact data from Google back to my phone? The phone is an Oppo F1 using Android 5.1.1.

edit - the panic is over I have found a way to save the contacts back to my phone.
