    Got myself a Samsung Gear VR for Christmas and I have to say it's pretty neat. Kids were having fun with it. Only tried a couple apps, but it's definitely a neat thing to use. I can say it's nothing more than novelty, but it is executed quite well.

    I played with one at Best Buy and really enjoyed it too. Sure it's a novelty, but so what? A lot of recreational gadgets are "novelties." Doesn't mean they're not fun.
