I am looking for a tool that would allow me to backup an encrypted Android phone to a Windows PC.

It should support backing up the usual items, such as messages, pictures, videos, etc. Backing up all app data would not be possible without rooting, I presume. but basically this should get as close to full image as possible. Backups need to be accessible/browsable without a phone. Should work with all/most phones, as opposed to being locked to a brand.

    Many thanks for any tips.
