What other factors are important to you? Do you prefer a bloat free experience? Is battery life important? Can it be used/refurbished? There aren't many 10" tablets 300 and under.

I have already changed my original priorities. Now I would like 8-9 inch range, used ok if excellent shape, lightweight, fast as possible. Not too concerned about battery lifelife.

Nexus 9 or if you're willing to accept the smaller size, the Nexus 7 2013... For having such an old processor, my Nexus still keeps up with my Nexus 6... In fact, thinking about it? The 7 has less lag than the 6 on the same stock ROM (I root my devices so I can restore apps but I run everything else stock), especially when I'm gaming. The 9? It has so much untapped potential. I mean its a custom design that has a Kepler GPU... If nVidia would release mobile CUDA... could you imagine? The chip itself is also incredibly fast but it does get hot so it will stutter if you're throwing a heavy load at it like the Nexus 6. I've never had that problem with the 7 2013. The only problem I ever had is that I can't stand MicroUSB because if you knock it off (insert item here) it suddently doesn't want to charge anymore... So I spent 5 minutes popping it open, taking needle nose pliers to it, and plugging it in. It also supports Qi wireless out of the box which is a nice added bonus.
