Man that dual lens camera with optical image stabilization and real 2X Zoom without quality deterioration looks sick. That and the bigger battery and it uses only 2 lower power cores when not doing CPU intensive tasks has really caught my attention.
Love the Jet Black color as well

The only thing which makes me doubt if I wanna get it on the 17th of September is iTunes, God I hate that piece of garbage app so much

Yep yep yep. iTunes still sucks on Windows so that's great, although its a bit better. I'm fortunate to not care at all about losing the headphone jack as I specifically bought a lightning compatible DAC not too long ago, and the new camera looks pretty sweet.

big.LITTLE has been around for years though, I'm surprised that it took apple this long to implement this.
Their reasoning for losing the headphone jack was hilarious though, I got a good chuckle out of it.
Them including a lightning to 3.5mm adapter was also quite funny. Its like Apple telling you that you don't need this dinosaur, but they're also simultaneously admitting that you'll probably need one since they're including the adapter.

Apple takes something that Android competitors have proven to be popular and calls it innovative. Full story at 11. (See also: dual-rear-facing cameras from HTC, waterproofing from Sony and Samsung). It's not that I'm saying any of these companies invented these features or has exclusive IP rights to them; it's just silly when Apple acts like they invented something that's been a popular Android feature for years.

COURAGE!!! I know, that has "meme" written all over it. Even my mother, a die-hard Apple user, found that line to be eye-rollingly bad.

And who thought $170 earbuds with no sort of retention cable are a good idea? EarPods don't stay in my ears worth a darn, and AirPods have the same shape to them.

Those look like normal wired earphones that were chopped off. Innovation?

I wonder how good the wireless reception is. They gotta cram batteries, DSP circuitry, wireless antennas and the drivers in there. Something is getting sacrificed, wonder which one it is lol.

Losing the 3.5 jack actually for me was a deal breaker for now. I have 2 sets of nice bose headphones and I rather not have to worry about having that adapter or yet pay for another to keep around just in case. Also since I have the iPhone 6S Plus there was not a huge assortment of major upgrades that made upgrading worth while now. Now if my work decides they are willing to pay for a new phone for me then I might consider it..

I don't watch Apple keynotes, because every time I take a glance at it, the arrogance/pretentiousness/etc. presenters have make me want to puke.

Though, most of the keynotes done by other companies are also crap...

Not surprising, also some users are reporting slightly tinted screens. Thank God I didn't order one

There is no more Quality control in these new phones, look at the various issues they all had before, bend gate, antenna gate, CPU gate in the iPhone 6s, then the Note 7's exploding battery and now this
