Can someone recommend me a vector note taking app with black background support?

The one I'm using now only supports white background which is a huge waste of battery life with LED displays. I'm looking for an alternative with the following:
    • Must be vector based. No raster please.
    • Support black background and light color ink
    • Can add picture quickly from camera
    • Infinite page mode preferred

    Anything that might fit?

I haven't used it, but have you looked at Evernote?
