This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Interesting. My S4 came with swype . I wonder when they switched over to swiftkey.

    The S4, S5 and S6 are supposed to be affected, but being hacked is supposedly not easy to do, as you have to intercept the wifi at the time the keyboard does an update though an insecure network.

    No mention of tablets they should have the same vulnerability.

    I guess the quick fix would be to tell all the affected users to disable auto updates to Samsung keyboard. No updates, no hijacking.
