    windows defender uninstall???

    how will i uninstall windows defender in vista????

    i can only disable it, but i want is to uninstall it...? :eek:

    You can't do it if not mistaken. LOL. Just like Windows Firewall, you can disable or turn it off but can't remove it. I think it's due to it's part of the Windows.

    i want to use comodo firewall and some good anti spyware but i dont want to left those windows firewall and defender left in my lap top...!!!

    Accept that you can't remove it but you can turn it off so as far as installing another firwall there shouldn't be a problem.

    . Just leave them there disabled, you'll be surprised when you need them back as backups.

    go to services.msc, find windows defender and set it to disabled

    Maybe in the European Union, MSFT would cooperate if you wanted to uninstall or debundule it. lol. BTW Bill Gates say boo ya!
