Hmm, this is probably more aimed towards Software... So Ima go ahead and get a mod to move it.

First what you can try is ... activate System Restore by going into Safe Mode and returning the OS to the point in time before you began experiencing this issue.

What kind of Antivirus/anti-malware programs are you using?

Out of free solutions that are the best, I recommend MSE and Malwarebytes.

Ccleaner is nothing more than a maintenance tool which allows you to clean up temporary/unused files, registry, startup entries, etc.

It does NOT protect you against viruses (which is a second line of defence ... you being the first).

Try downloading/installing/updating SuperAntiSpyware (another anti malware program and run a quick scan with it).

Finally ... you need an antivirus that acts as an active protection in the background.

    Choose one of the following:
Avira 10, Avast 5, Microsoft Security Essenstials.

Did you try Malwarebytes in safe mode?

Eset is another great anti-virus choice... MaximumPC just had an article comparing a few AV softwares.
