hello, i recenty discovered a virus in my desktop and laptop... seems it was transmitted to my desktop via flashdrive that i constatly use to save space on the laptop.

i used the program avira? or something it starts with an A. Chaz if you're reading this, its one of the programs you said you use... its an Anti Virus program.. i'll tell the name later, but right now, im at a stand off because i dont know if i should trash the folder the virus is in now...

the file is " File C:\WINDOWS\system32\Driveinfo.exe is infected by win32:Bifrose-IK [Trj]"....

Do i send it to chest? or delete it? or can i even do anything to it?

    is this folder important?

EDIT: AVAST!! the A/V is called AVAST

Just delete it, if anything happen, it will be windows telling you to insert the windows disk to do a reparation

*be sure to back up important files*
