This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ecobar, IE, find fm, toolbars

    Norton,Avast,malwarebytes,SAS and could not find them. Ca on Yahoo found them found them but could not remove, ADM controls taken away. I am now downloading the new a-squared. Will keep you updated. Nasties have taken over my new 64bit W7 laptop, they must die!

    I uninstalled the Bing toolbar and the other toolbars no longer scan. Is this some added spyware from MS?

    They came with Bing and disappeared when the program was uninstalled.
