Have you run an antivirus/spyware/malware scan of your system yet?

This thread from the malwareremoval.com forum appears to contain a successful removal of that little nasty.

(Yes and read that thread but it says it comes from an ISP?)

What kind of connection you have in laptop?

I have found some threads with help-yield.net and that domain has been registered at the same time and to same company.
So that's why I suggest that you ask from your ISP if they have any "invisible" proxies which could cause that.

I have gone to SuperAntispyware for a free diagnosis. They promise a result within 48 hours. Seems like an excellent free service.

luee, have you followed the instructions from the thread that Shyster linked to?

    Try these settings for IE;
    * From within Internet Explorer click on the Tools menu and then click on Options.
    * Click once on the Security tab
    * Click once on the Internet icon so it becomes highlighted.
    * Click once on the Custom Level button.
    * Change the Download signed ActiveX controls to Prompt
    * Change the Download unsigned ActiveX controls to Disable
    * Change the Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable
    * Change the Installation of desktop items to Prompt
    * Change the Launching programs and files in an to Prompt
    * Change the Navigate sub-frames across different domains to Prompt
    * When all these settings have been made, click on the OK button.
    * If it prompts you as to whether or not you want to save the settings, press the Yes button.
    * Next press the Apply button and then the OK to exit the Internet Properties page.

And from within Internet Explorer; Tools> Internet Options> Privacy> Advanced:
here check ' Override automatic....'; ' Allow session cookies'; ' Allow 1st party cookies' & ' Block 3rd Party Cookies'.

And from within Firefox; Tools> Options> Privacy: Check ' Accept Cookies from sites' & Un-Check ' Accept 3rd Party cookies'

    Cheers.
