Hi, I have the avast home edition antivirus thats always turned on, but lately, around a week ago a system popup saying that C/users/appdata/local/temp awnerocxms.exe is not a valid win32 application. After closing that, it was immediately followed by the samething, this time "resnwcoaxm.exe".

I went to the location and deleted everything in the temp folder, but the 2 applications keeps getting created, usually around 10 mins into windows. I dont really think its a virus, i think its more of a malware, but im stumped how to fix it. I dont want to re-install windows as i am very busy.

I did a google search and nothing came up. task manager traced it as a cmd *32 process, but i cant find any useful info to the program that created it.

    help please!

Download malwarebytes, update it, run a full scan.

You could also upload the files to 'VirusTotal.com'.
